St. Louis style fried rice is a Chinese dish typically found in the neighborhoods of Black Americans of African Decent. The white rice is always fried dark. It's fused with premium soy sauce, scrambled egg, white onions, green onions, and bean sprouts with a protien of your choice.  As simple as the ingerdents may sound, the flavor, color, and texture have yet to be duplicated in any other location.
